Having confidence helps you to understand your capabilities and to stand in the power of that. Knowing your worth impacts how you feel about yourself, how you take care of yourself, and how you allow others to treat you.
We all have experienced things that may have decreased our confidence and had us questioning our self-worth so I want to share with you 5 scriptures that you can decree about yourself that will instantly boost your confidence and self-worth. Speak these out loud, multiple times if you have to for an instant boost. As you speak them, believe them and envision yourself as already this person, even if you don't feel like you are in the moment you are speaking them.
Matthew 10:31 "So don't be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows."
Decree: I don't have to be afraid. I am worth more than many sparrows.
1 Peter 2:9 "But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God's special possession, that you may declare the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His wonderful light."
Decree: I am chosen. I am royal. I am holy. I am God's special possession who He called out of darkness into light.
John 15:16, "You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit-fruit that will last."
Decree: Because God chose me my life bears lasting fruit.
Proverbs 3: 15-16, "She is more precious than rubies; nothing you desire can compare with her. Long life is in her right hand; in her left hand are riches and honor."
Decree: I am precious. Nothing compares to me. God has put riches, honor and long life in my hands.
Philippians 1: 6, "being confident of this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus."
Decree: I am confident knowing that God started a good work in me and He will complete it.
Continue to repeat these. Save the link to this blog post so you can revisit it often. Repetition is persuasive. The more you repeat these, the more convinced you are that you are who God says you are. Repetition also helps you remember so you start to learn and remember the scriptures.
Blessings,
