This is a virtual, small group session.
The Selah Session: A Soul Care Experience is a spirit-led, guided experience designed to help you release emotional weight, quiet your mind, and reconnect with God. The sessions are 90 minutes and designed to leave you feeling restored, clear, and at peace. The session includes opening and closing prayer to set and seal the atmosphere, centering, discernment and intention setting, guided soul work, vision reset, personal alignment plan, and commitment.
Scriptures/The Bible are used in these sessions.

The price includes a digital copy of the Selah Prayer book.

Virtual Selah Session
Due to the nature of our service and offerings we generally do not offer refunds. If you are unable to attend you will receive a credit towards another service or offering. (Example if you pay $100 and are unable to attend, you can request 4 paperback books). If for some reason I have to cancel the session and am unable to reschedule it within 30 days, you will receive a refund.
