While on the Altar-Prayer for Week of February 10, 2020

I believe that prayer is the lifeline of an individual and should be the lifestyle of all believers. As an Evangelist, I truly believe that I have more of a prayer ministry than I do a preaching ministry. This is why I am so intentional about helping others grow spiritually by developing a strategic prayer life. I want to share this prayer with you for the week and I want to encourage you to come back and read it all throughout the week as I believe that there is so much power in prayer-our conversations with God, and that His power is being made available to you through prayer. Pray this prayer and have a powerful week:

Father God, I want to start off by thanking you for the things that we sometimes take for granted. I want to thank you for a sound mind, that my family is safe, thank you for my career, for my health and strength. God I trust you on this week to take care of any situation that I may be faced with that is beyond my control. I acknowledge that I can do absolutely nothing with you. I need the power of the Holy Spirit to take over my life. God may everything that I have to deal with on this week work out in my favor. Continue to bless and protect my family, especially my children. God I ask for a special blessing, a touch from you for the younger generation. Use me and others that are older and wiser to impart into them the things that we know that are pleasing to you. I thank you for safety for us all. I thank you that I can stand boldly on your word that says, "all things work together for the good of those who love you and who are called according to your purpose." I'm grateful for the blood of Jesus because it is covering me and my family and it has renewed us, it has strengthened us, it has delivered us. I pray that you connect me with someone who doesn't know you and I further pray that you will give me courage and boldness to tell them about the saving grace of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I love and praise you. In Jesus mighty name. Amen

All the best to you on this week,

Pamela D. Smith
